Production & Processing time

Our items are 3D printed and some are made-to-order. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipping. Ready‑to‑ship items are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders containing both ready‑to‑ship and made‑to‑order items will ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Options (Canada Post)

Express (1-2 business days)

·       No minimum order:  $22.50 CAD

Standard (3-9 business days)

·        Orders under $49.99 CAD: $14.99 CAD

·        Orders $50.00 – $99.99 CAD: $9.99 CAD

·        Orders $100.00 CAD and up: Free

Delivery Times

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather. These delays are outside our control.

Free Local Delivery

Currently, Irvine’s Emporium is offering free local delivery within the city limits of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. 

Tracking & Issues

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
